This is my first trailer purchase but I was recommended to them by two friends that have had great experiences. The initial trailer I bought had some issues. NOT M&Gs fault. They dont manufacture the trailers. Its all about how you react to problem when they come up. Once I brought my concerns to my sales rep Neilee she immediately connected me with Meaghan and John who were AMAZING! They kept me informed during the process and fought to make sure my issues were fixed properly. My experience with them has been second to none. We brought our new truck into M&G to have hook ups installed for our camper. John Grayden, Operations Manager, was very knowledgeable and spoke with us about some options. His associate was also very knowledgeable about campers and was very helpful. After further investigation of our vehicle, John told us the truck would be very taxed pulling our camper over mountains. The truck was not strong enough for the job! He got on the phone with the dealership we bought the truck from and went to bat for us. John said, " I could have wired your truck, but if your transmission went, I would feel very bad." We had no idea the truck was not up to the task! I want to commend the customer service I received in your rental group. Initially when I arrived, the trailer I was to rent was not available. Employees worked dilagently to secure me another trailer. Then when returning the trailer on Saturday, I missed the hours of operation by 30 min. I noticed someone leaving the enclosed area and talked to the woman (same person who had helped with my rental), and she stopped her truck and ran back to get a bobcat guy to move my trailer into the enclosed area. This was spectacular service and saved me another trip to return the trailer. Unfortunately I did not get her name, but kudos to M&G trailers.

I had some body work completed at this location. Matt in parts & service was top notch. He gave me a date that my work would be completed and he kept his word. I noticed a few things that weren't perfect on the work that was completed and Matt made sure to fix those on the spot. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy leaving. Just picked up a beautiful 12 utility trailer to haul my ATV! Zach Scully helped me and did a fantastic job! We communicated with a couple of messenger messages and 2 quick phone calls. Ended up at the Taj Mahal of trailer dealerships one day...yup M&G. I was looking for a hitch that would have the correct drop for my "current" trailer...and yeah...their selection was INSANE! Stood there in awe for about 30 seconds before John the operations manager came over to help. John definitely knows his stuff, and is super accommodating. We went out to my truck so he could measure for the new hitch fitment, came back inside and he set me up with a BULLETPROOF. Love it because it's all blacked out! My "current" trailer will soon be "former" trailer...and "new" trailer will be from M&G...just saying.

I owned a business for over 30 years, and one of my biggest complaints whenever I was purchasing something was that I never received the level of customer service that I and my employees extended to our customers. That being said, I was very pleasantly surprised to receive the great customer service by my salesperson, Neilee. She was on the ball and 100% knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the trailer I purchased. She even helped me connect the trailer and made sure I understood that process, and checked to make sure all of the lights were functioning properly. And she was genuinely pleasant, and gave me a nice guided tour of the facility. A truly exceptional experience!

Ordered a new midsota trailer , hooked up to the trailer and everything worked except the trailer brakes. We tested it with their shop truck and the brakes worked fine. Test box was saying my pick up was sending the correct signals and so was the trailer. John and his team went above and beyond to find out that a wire needed to be ran to make the pump work with my truck. They fixed the issue within a day and had me on the road ! Thanks again!

The buying experience with Eric was great. He showed me the exact trailer I wanted and had all the paperwork, trailer prep, and purchase done in quick order. He even did a tour of their impressive facility as a bonus.

I had bought a trailer from from M & G Trailer 24 years ago which I still use.I was happy they were still in business and visited them looking for a 18 ft trailer to haul my new UTV and ATV. I worked with Neilee. I could not have asked for a better experience. We looked at multiple trailers and figured out what was best for my budget. She showed me their parts dept and large repair shop. The way she spoke with pride about the company as she showed me around I could tell she was happy to work there. They washed and did a final check on the trailer before I was to leave. In the cold and snow Neilee swapped out my new receiver and ball. When I pulled up to the trailer Neilee was already hooking up the trailer before I got back to the rear of my truck. I am very impressed with Neilee and this facility.

I told Matt J exactly what I had to have in an enclosed trailer, and he sent me a few options and the 2nd option was exactly what I was searching for. Clean , beautiful shop, friendly staff, other than the terrible turn out onto highway 10 ( not their choice) it's got just about everything you need.

We brought our new truck into M&G to have hook ups installed for our camper. John Grayden, Operations Manager, was very knowledgeable and spoke with us about some options. His associate was also very knowledgeable about campers and was very helpful. After further investigation of our vehicle, John told us the truck would be very taxed pulling our camper over mountains. The truck was not strong enough for the job! He got on the phone with the dealership we bought the truck from and went to bat for us. John said, " I could have wired your truck, but if your transmission went, I would feel very bad." We had no idea the truck was not up to the task! We were so impressed with his integrity, honesty and professionalism. We recommend M&G Trailer Sales highly. Their customer service is the best we have ever experienced. 5 stars!!
